Annie Mist Thorisdottir is a CrossFit professional athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She coaches and trains in Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is also co-owner. Annie is the only female ever to win in the CrossFit Games two times. Her second place finish was at both the 2010 CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir was an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion and media celebrity. The first female to win at the CrossFit Games in 2011, as well as 2012, and twice. In addition, she is famous for winning the Dubai Fitness Competition in both the year 2013 as well as 2017. Annie and her parents as well as her siblings, were born and grew up in Reykjavik Iceland. Due to her impressive performance, she was able to win her first CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. In 2012 Annie was again the winner of the CrossFit Games because of her exceptional performance and became the first woman athlete who has won twice in CrossFit Games consecutively. In addition, she was awarded a medal that was silver in 2014 and a medal of bronze in CrossFit Games in 2021. Presently Annie coaches and trains in Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie is getting recognition for her athletic skills, has appeared in advertisements of athletic products, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration sidekick Yerbae Renaissance Periodization Transparent Labs as well as many more. Her own Youtube page is awash with over 1000 subscribers, where she posts her family and travel videos as well as training diets.
